Jensen had what I would call a progressive birthday this year. Our families were busy, out of town and I knew it would be too close to my due date to plan and pull off a party.
On Thursday we made ninja cookies for him to take to his school class on Friday. We also went to Chuck E Cheese with 1 friend. It was fun! Friday we delivered cookies and went to the book fair. Of course he picked out a Ninjago book.
Our tradition of taking pics in your bed on your birthday morning.
I noticed months ago that Thomas the Train was coming to the train station 5 mins away from our house....on Jensen's actual birthday. Jensen is a little big for Thomas, but thankfully we could still pull it off! The conductor said it was the first time Thomas has been in Nevada- lucky us :)
They had a bunch of activities all in these nice tents.
We came home and made a birthday cake together.
The rain stopped and Jordan took Jensen and boys on a bike ride/present hunt. While they were out I quickly hid his present under some bridge. It was a new scooter. The boys LOVED it. It always amazing how easy it is to entertain kids!
We decorated the cake and as a family went to Panda Express. We all went around and said our favorite things about Jensen.
Dad: Loves that Jensen is curious. Jensen loves to learn about spaces, math, turtles....
Mom: I love that Jensen is one tough boy and that he is a good example to his little brothers. He is always nice, shares every toy, and is very good natured.
Andrew: Loves to build legos with Jensen
Wesley: tickley tickley- which means he likes that Jensen tickles him.
Acting like crazy Ninjas.
